Our Refund Policy

At OldSkoolTreats, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at oldskooltreats1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
